Instructions to Become a "Signed In" CRL Customer

Locate your Customer Number on either a CRL Packing Slip, Invoice or Statement.

This Page is for Businesses That Already Have a CRL Customer Number

If you have your 10 character CRL Customer Number available (not phone number), and wish to create a user name so that you can check pricing, check stock, place an order, or request a quote online, please follow each of the steps below. (The next page is not used to request a New Customer Number)

Steps:

1) Before creating a User Name, you can check to see if you or your company has already setup a User Name, click here.

2) If no results are found, or if you know that you have never set one up, please continue to Step 3.

3) Fill out the "Create a User Name and Password" page by clicking the button below.

4) Completely fill in all areas marked with a *. (You can find your Customer Number on any invoice, packing slip, or statement located above your company name.)

5) Next, click on the "Preview and Verify Information" button.

6) On the Preview Page, verify that all the information is correct, if it is click on Submit, if not, click on Make Additional Changes and then complete Step 4 again.

7) After clicking Submit, check for and retrieve the e-mail that was just sent to you. In order to activate and use your newly created User Name, read and follow the instructions on that e-mail.

CRL sells to the Glazing, Industrial, Construction, Architectural, Hardware and Automotive Industries.

New "Sign In" "Customer Number" Request Instructions

You either received an e-mail stating we have no matching information, or you know you have never purchased from CRL.

Please complete each of the following steps.

1) Fill out our New Customer Number application (next page) completely.

2) On the Preview Page, if all information is correct, click "Send Registration".

3) Fax us an actual issued document (not typed or hand written). Any one of the following documents is acceptable: City or Country Business License; State Resellers Permit/Certificate; DBA or Fictitious business name statement; or other State/County/City/Federal issued business documents that proves you are an actual business. Fax this document to: (866) 921-0530, or you can scan and e-mail it to: crl@crlaurence.com with a subject line of BIZ INFO

4) After we have received and reviewed your business verification document(s), you will then receive an e-mail with instructions on how to create a User Name so that you can place an order, check stock, purchase a catalog, or request a quote.

NOTE: If you have faxed or e-mailed your information, your New Customer request can be processed within an hour during regular business hours. All new requests are initially set up with payment terms of Bank Card, not COD or Open Account. Open terms can be requested after customer number approval.
