Strength retention on exposure to moisture or humidity is excellent. When cured, it also has a high degree of general environmental durability and resistance to discoloration on aging. Cured adhesive temperature resistance is -65 to 266 degree Fahrenheit (-54 to 130 degree Celsius).
is a general purpose cleaner/degreaser, ideal for preparing surfaces prior to use of all Loctite adhesives and sealants. For best performance bond surfaces should be clean and free from grease.
Ultraviolet curing adhesives require that the bond area be exposed to the ultraviolet irradiation produced by curing lamps. One of the materials to be bonded must be transparent for the U.V. light to pass through. Therefore, glass-to-glass, glass-to-metal, plastic-to-metal bonds will be effective, while metal-to-metal bonds will not cure.
