  • Recommended for Thick Glass

  • Splintered Glass is Bound

  • CRL Thick Glass Cutting Oil is the only fluid recommended for lubricating your cutter when cutting glass that is 1/2" (12 mm) or thicker. This professional cutting fluid lubricates the cutting wheel and binds the glass dust created by scoring. Due to its ultra-low viscosity, it creeps into the cut to delay the "healing process" of the glass, allowing the time required for breakout of thick plate glass. This professional cutting fluid provides excellent lubrication for modern precision ground tungsten carbide cutting wheels, and extends the life of standard steel wheels as well. Clean-up of TGC04 is no problem due to the evaporative properties of this fluid: 100% evaporation in 60 minutes. Packed in a convenient 4 kg (1.1 gal) bottle.
