  • Replaces Standard Cap when Flush Surface is Required

  • Made of 316 Stainless Steel

  • CRL's Flush Mount Cap Assembly is designed to be used with 1-1/2" (38 mm) Standoff Bases in applications where the Standoff Cap must be flush with the surface of the glass. The 316 stainless steel Cap comes with a 22 mm, 3/8"-16 Socket Head Screw with clear vinyl washers. The Flush Cap measures 1-3/8" (35 mm) in diameter. Minimum material thickness is 3/8" (10 mm). An optional 1-1/2" (38 mm) Screw, Cat. No. CAP38S, is available for use with thicker materials.

    NOTE: Fabrication requires a drill-thru 1" (25 mm) diameter hole and then a countersink (Cat. No. BDC112) to achieve a flush or flat surface.

    Cap Requires a countersink drill operation to complete the installation. DO NOT drill too deep into the material with Cat. No. BDC112 countersink. It may be necessary to dry fit the Flush Cap several times to achieve the desired surface flatness.
